PRC also signed a five-year lease with Interra to rent 5,500 square feet of the office space at Southport Lofts, making them the first real estate brokerage with an office in the redevelopment area. Altogether, there are 40,000 square feet of commercial space and 56 luxury apartments and recently, Peak Properties, LLC, was tapped to manage the entire property. The Southport Lofts were developed by Interra, Heart of America and Mavrek Development and designed by East Lake Architects to maintain an authentic loft feel with glass and timber build-outs.
